Ways to Positively
Reinforce Your Child!
There is a language of encouragement...a language that can be used to
raise a child’s self-esteem! And -- unfortunately -- many people
lack literacy in this important language! Use these phrases, as often
as possible, to build your child’s confidence!
Two important reminders:
A. Remember to praise approximations of success.
Don’t wait until your child “hits the bull's-eye”
before providing encouragement!
B. When possible, praise your child in public!
